Ethics and Code of Conduct for Management and Employees
1. We must perform duties with honesty and integrity.
2. We must responsibly and carefully execute the duties as a professional practitioner with attention, carefulness and vigilance in consideration of the benefits of Customers, Investors, Partners, and Stake Holders.
3. We must not conduct with lack of ethics, deceit, fraud, dishonesty, lack of trustworthiness, and unfairness.
We must not behave in posing dishonesty and inappropriate behavior
4. We must not wrongfully conspire, encourage, seek or misappropriate benefits by virtue of their employment position and must not disregard to monitor the employees to prevent any misconduct of the rules and regulations, laws, and announcements of the company.
5. We must not act as hostile toward the organization, either in front of or behind the organization.
6. We must be conscientious and careful of “taking liberty of others” that may arise from acquaintance with each other. Do not violate “mutual trust and honest treatment toward each other”
7. We must respect each other and behave as a good specimen to others.
We commit to our duties must be executed in compliance with the following criteria.

Nation-wide, or Global-wide Organizations, comprise with 2 keys Unit which are
1. Executive Committee: For creating value and prosperity.
2. Board of Directors: For supervise Executive Committee to follow the predetermined Policy and Direction.
The 2 parties MUST proceed carefully in following Subject
1. Honesty : Do the right thing and propery (defeat the inner greed)
2. Do not go Against the world. The world is changing every day. Make it easy for Understanding, Remembering, and Executing.
3. Risk Management.
4. No Bias, No Conflict of Interest. Consider the impact that might occur in the future. There are bigger deals in the future.
Do not destroy one’s TRUST with any of this.
5. Place the PUBLIC over the oneself or individual.
